How to: 
1) Find a background image you like.
2) Find words or individual letters.
3) Cut out images, words or letters.
4) Arrange them and glue them down.

Morning Flower Meditation

Materials:

• Square paper

• pen or penci

• colored pencils

Instructions:

1. Start with a square piece of paper

2. Find the center. Draw a circle.

3. Continue adding shapes as you move around the circle.

4. Add more shapes and lines as desired!

5. Color if you wish.
