Colorful Paper Bead Necklace

(Have fun--there are no mistakes!)

Supplies: Glue stick+scissors+magazines/catalogs or colored paper+string or yarn+small skewer or skinny straw

How to: 
1) Find colorful magazine pictures.
2) Cut long slender triangles.
3) Starting at the wide end, begin rolling up on a small skewer or skinny straw.
4) When you get near the end of the triangle, put glue on the point and finish rolling.
5) After you have made several beads, string them on string.
6) Wear the necklace or necklaces. 
7) Put on some music and dance!

Graffiti Collage / Say Something

Add words and images to say something provocative!

Supplies: Glue stick+scissors+magazines and catalogs

How to: 
1) Find a background image you like.
2) Find words or individual letters.
3) Cut out images, words or letters.
4) Arrange them and glue them down.

Morning Flower Meditation

Materials:

• Square paper

• pen or penci

• colored pencils

Instructions:

1. Start with a square piece of paper

2. Find the center. Draw a circle.

3. Continue adding shapes as you move around the circle.

4. Add more shapes and lines as desired!

5. Color if you wish.

Stress Relievers

Supplies: Balloons+flour+funnel+marker

How to: 
1) Fill balloon with flour to palm size. 
Balloon will naturally expand.
2) Tie balloon closed. 
3) Draw a face or design.
4) Squeeze to relieve stress!!
